Your Health and Safety is Our Top Priority

As communities across the country continue to overcome and step beyond the COVID-19 pandemic, we want to reaffirm our commitment to the health and safety of our residents, future residents, and team members. We remain alert to evolving guidelines and best practices from the CDC and will continue to update our standards with our community’s well-being as our #1 goal. Together, we can confidently and safely resume the normal activities that our residents have come to love at the Ten Select.

for our residents

Reducing the transmission of the coronavirus is of paramount importance to us. Our team is closely following guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and other national and local health organizations, and we encourage our residents to do the same. We have increased the scope and frequency of sanitation efforts of essential shared spaces and are limiting our maintenance response to emergency and urgent requests. Further, we ask that residents please limit person-to-person interactions and contact our team primarily by phone or email. For a full list of leasing and maintenance changes, including updates to our front desk hours and package delivery procedures, please visit our Resident Portal or call 1.877.810.0893.

Providing effortless connection has always been one of the top priorities at Ten Select, and it is a priority we will continue to deliver on while observing appropriate social distancing guidelines. Updates on quarantine-friendly programming are sent via email, posted on our Resident Portal, and are featured on our social media pages. We look forward to continuing to offer a high-quality resident experience and opportunities for camaraderie during this time when we all need it most.

While working diligently to slow the spread is critical, we also acknowledge that the impact of the coronavirus extends well beyond its potential physical implications. We encourage our residents to support their mental health by eating well, exercising, and getting plenty of sleep. Taking breaks from pandemic-related news or social media and trying enjoyable activities can also reduce stress. Empowering our residents has long been a point of pride for our team. As we continue to re-open our communities, we encourage our residents to be understanding of and continue to observe all COVID protocols.

for our valued team members

Our team members are the heart and soul of our communities, and we would be remiss if we did not address the steps we are taking to keep our employees safe. We have implemented recommendations put forth in the CDC’s Interim Guidance for Businesses and Employers which includes, but is not limited to, implementing rotational work-from-home schedules to facilitate social distancing, limiting non-essential person-to-person contact, and requiring team members to pre-screen for COVID-19 symptoms prior to coming to work, monitor their health throughout the day, and stay home if they or a member of their family are diagnosed with COVID-19.
